Poly Housing Collaborative (PHC) is comprised of students at California Polytechnic State University who believe that everyone has the right to a safe, healthy, and affordable place to live. The team is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students from the Orfalea College of Business and the College of Architecture & Environmental Design – including Architecture, Landscape Architecture, City & Regional Planning and Construction Management. PHC has competed in the Bank of America Low Income Housing Challenge for over a decade and strives to design progressive, feasible, and environmentally-friendly housing that inspires pride in its residents and the surrounding community.
